Where You Live: Search Results
The DC Citizen Atlas displays search results in a variety of ways: address, category, or feature.Address Search Results
When you search for a specific address or intersection, your search results will include the address or intersection for which you searched. If you search for an address in the Where You Live application that is a perfect match for an address in the application, you will be taken directly to the Where You Live: Map and Reports page.
Category Search Results
When you select a Where You Live category to browse, you will be shown a list of applicable features.

Map which displays the item you selected.
The dot or large shaded area on the map represents the item you selected.
Detailed Report and Summary Report feature.
By default, the Detailed Report feature is selected. To view a Summary Report, click on the Summary Report tab.
Where You Live: Detailed Report
A Detailed Report includes information about public services available for the item you selected.Information may include schools, political boundaries, libraries, recreational facilities, fire stations, hospital centers, police stations, swimming pools, tennis counts, Metro stations, and post offices.
Detailed Report listings include additional information about each item listed. Information displayed may include the address of the facility and a link to a related website. Additionally, you may click on the name of the facility to view a map highlighting that facility that offers special features including:

What's Nearby: Provides information about places nearby the item on your map.
Get There: Provides directions to the item on your map.
Where You Live: Summary Report
A Summary Report includes information about public services available for the item you selected.Information may include schools and political boundaries.
